FALLS CREEK – Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information on the whereabouts of Joey Lynn Offutt.

On July 12 a state police fire marshal investigated a fire that occurred at 90 Fugate Drive in Sykesville. The fire destroyed a large portion of the residence. In the course of the investigation the remains of an infant were located inside the residence.

Offutt, a resident of the home, has not been seen since prior to the fire. Investigators feel there are suspicious circumstances surrounding her disappearance and have a concern for her welfare.

Her red 1994 Saturn Coupe with a Virginia registration of JXN8871 was located near the Nittany Gardens Apartments in State College.

Offutt has a lisp and is known to frequent that State College and Winchester areas of Pennsylvania.

Anyone with information on this person or any serious crime or wanted person is urged to call Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. All callers remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
