PHILIPSBURG – A 16-year-old boy was charged with multiple counts of institutional vandalism for his part in the spray painting of Philipsburg-Osceola schools on Jan. 4.
According to Philipsburg-based state police, the boy painted items onto the side of the middle school and high school. Each item painted was followed by the initials “KSK.”
The boy is being charged in Centre County Juvenile Court with four counts of institutional vandalism and two counts of criminal mischief.
