WINBURNE – A Winburne man will appear before a judge next week on charges stemming from a domestic fight involving a knife.
Details of the incident that happened early Sunday morning are not yet available, but James R. McGonigal is facing aggravated assault and other counts in connection with the incident, according to Morris-Cooper Regional Police.
McGonigal is being held in Clearfield County Jail until the hearing, scheduled for June 14 at CCJ.
McGonigal had been scheduled for a hearing Wednesday, but that was continued.
