WOODLAND – The 10-year-old girl who was injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday morning on U.S. Route 322 is listed in good condition Tuesday.
Rayanna Kavelak was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit head-on in Bradford Township. Rayanna’s mother, Patricia “Trish” Kavelak, suffered moderate injuries in the accident. Both were flown to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, where Rayanna is still a patient.
Rayanna’s condition was upgraded to fair on Saturday. On the afternoon of the accident, Rayanna was listed as critical but stable.
The driver who hit the Kavelak vehicle, 78-year-old Isabella Snyder of Boalsburg, was pronounced dead at Clearfield Hospital about an hour and a half after the accident. Snyder was trapped inside her vehicle after the accident.
