Police Report: DuBois City

On Monday, police investigated a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 100 block of Spring Avenue. An unknown vehicle sideswiped a red, 2007 Chevrolet Sedan.
A 45-year-old Brookville man was arrested after attempting to forge a script at Shenkle’s Pharmacy on Monday.
A domestic dispute occurred in the 100 block of South Franklin Street on Monday, when a boyfriend and his girlfriend were arguing. No charges were filed.
On Tuesday, police were dispatched to Get-Go on North Main Street for a reported alarm. The building was secure.
On Tuesday, someone slashed tires and keyed a vehicle that was parked in the 500 block of Locust Street.
Someone entered a residence through an open window Tuesday in the 300 block of South Highland Street. It isn’t known if anything was removed from the residence. No one was at home at the time.
