Police Report: DuBois City

Sometime over the weekend, a home was burglarized in the 100 block of East Park Avenue. Money was removed from the residence.
On April 22, police stopped a vehicle operated by a 25-year-old DuBois man for several traffic violations on South Brady Street. The man was taken into custody for suspected DUI. Charges are currently pending.
On April 23, police stopped a vehicle operated by a 25-year-old Mechanicsburg woman for swerving across the center line on East DuBois Avenue. She was taken into custody for suspected DUI. Charges are currently pending.
On April 23, a two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Beaver Drive and Liberty Boulevard. No one was injured in the accident, and neither vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
On April 23, an unwanted person was reported to be at a residence in the 100 block of Quarry Avenue. The person left prior to police arrival at the scene.
On April 24, a tree fell onto a parked car in the 300 block of South State Street. The car was severely damaged, and the tree blocked the roadway. The city’s street department removed it from the roadway. No one was injured.
