At the time of this article, 11,027 registered voters turned out to the polls.
Mark McCracken (D) will face off against Thomas Sankey III (R) in the state Rep., 74 District race.
Republican Mitt Romney won the Republican vote in Clearfield County.
Kathleen Kane (D) beat Patrick Murphy (D) in the race for the Democratic ticket for the state Attorney General race. On the Republican side, David Freed ran unopposed.
Bob Casey Jr. (D) got the nod in Clearfield County over Joseph Vodvarka (D) in the race for United States Senator. For the Republicans, Tom Smith beat a pack of competitors, with Sam Rohrer coming closest.
In Clearfield County, Auditor General candidate John Maher got the nod over fellow Republican Frank Pinto; Democrat Eugene DePasquale ran unopposed.
