FOX TOWNSHIP – A DuBois man and woman have been accused of retail theft at 5:20 p.m. Friday at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Fox Township, Elk County. The Ridgway-based state police identified the accused as Kevin A. Bundy, 21, and Michele A. Garvey, 23, both of DuBois.
Both accused were arrested at Wal-Mart for retail theft. They were charged with stealing $545.74 worth of video games. They were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Mark S. Jacob. They were subsequently committed to the Elk County Jail in lieu of $2,500 each.
