- A Hispanic man from North Carolina was arraigned. The incident stemmed from an investigation of public drunkenness at Sapp Bros. It was found he was wanted by Immigration. Customs and Immigration responded and he was turned over to federal authorities.
- Police responded to Sapp Bros. for a report of two women arguing. Officers arrived and found that one had already left. The other woman advised police there would be no more problems.
