BELLEFONTE – According to WJACTV.com, Jerry Sandusky’s attorney, Joe Amendol,a told the judge to forget ruling on many of the motions he filed last week, for now, including the request to dismiss all charges.
The judge overseeing the Jerry Sandusky case said right off the bat that he has other commitments and wouldn’t be making any decisions at Thursday’s hearing in Bellefonte.
Sandusky arrived at the Centre County courthouse with his wife Dotty and Amendola at 8:30 in the morning.
An hour later, he walked out again, sex abuse charges still intact and no real arguments made on his behalf.
