Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Monday and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday along Redwood Avenue in Jay Township, Elk County. A person(s) entered a 70-year-old Weedville man’s unsecured 2004 Honda and removed $40 in cash and insulin flex pen. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136. Residents are reminded to secure their vehicles when leaving them unattended and not to leave valuable items inside them.
