Police Report: DuBois City

At approximately 4:04 p.m. Monday, police were dispatched to the 40 block of North Brady Street for a reported cell phone theft. The victim told police that a known female stole her cell phone and was refusing to return it. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are currently pending.
At approximately 10:17 p.m. Monday, police were dispatched to the 300 block of Daly Street for a reported assault that had occurred between two female juveniles. At arrival, police determined that they were arguing, and one had allegedly punched the other in the back of their head approximately three times. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are currently pending.
