Nola Marie Collins, 87, of Philipsburg passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born April 9, 1923 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Jacob George and Helen Willet.
In 1967 she wed Clifford M. Collins, who passed away on March 23, 1988.
She was a homemaker and had worked at the Washington Sanatorium Hospital in Tacoma Park, MD.
She was a member of the Clearfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where she was a treasurer for over 20 years. She was also a volunteer for RSVP.
She is survived by a son, Richard Schoch of Bangor; three daughters, Jane Beamer of Kentucky, Nancy Pearce and her husband John of Orange, VA, and Alice Overpeck of Stroudsburg. Also surviving are a sister, Norma Leap of Sciota, PA; three brothers, Harvey Willet of Lehighton, Eugene Willet of Saylorsburg, Wayne Willet of South Carolina; a half-brother, Dean Willet of Fresno, CA; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and several great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 2 sons-in-law, Robert Beamer and Earl Overpeck; a sister, Evelyn Fralick and 2 grandsons, Richard Schoch and Steven Franklin.
At the request of Mrs. Collins, there will be no public visitation. Private funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
