Police Report: Clearfield PSP

A DUI-related accident occurred at approximately 12:35 a.m. Friday along Laura Street in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County. A 32-year-old West Decatur woman was involved in a non-reportable accident. Upon speaking with the woman, it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages. She attempted two sobriety tests and failed said tests. At that time, she was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. She was transported to the Woodland barracks for a breath test, which indicated a 0.19 blood-alcohol content. Charges of DUI and related summary offenses are currently pending against the woman through the district court in Kylertown.
