PHILIPSBURG – A DuBois man was arrested after an attempted automobile theft early Tuesday morning.
Brandon Marshall, 29, and a known accomplice attempted to steal a vehicle from a Philipsburg resident. Marshall was apprehended and the accomplice escaped. Marshall was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Thomas Jordan and is in Centre County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Charges are pending against the accomplice.
