Della B. Winters, 99 of Bellefonte and formerly of (Ashland) Osceola Mills died Saturday at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born June 6, 1912 in Decatur Township, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Kathryn (Martin) Stone.
She was a member of the Ashland Weslleyan Church in Osceola Mills. She was retired from the former Philipsburg State General Hospital as a dietary aid.
She was married to Willard A. Winters on Dec. 15, 1930 in Hyde and who preceded her in death Oct. 5, 1976.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Hannah Schrock, Emma Yarger and Elanor Ridley and a brother, Ensley Stone.
She is survived by three daughters, Joyce L Winters of (Ashland) Osceola Mills; Sirley Duez, of Toronto, Ontario; and Norma Miller of Bellefonte; six grandchildren, Sharon Poorman, James L. Miller, Earla Hoffman, Kenneth Miller, Lisa Mitchell and Amy Bredschnider; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Vekma Godin of Boswell and Marjorie Albright and her husband, Richard of Brisbin; and a brother, Howard Stone and his wife, Jean of (Parsonville) Houtzdale.
The funeral will be officiated by the Rev. E. Joseph Rohrbacker and the Rev. Arlene A. Rohrbacker at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ashland Wesleyan Church in (Ashland) Osceola Mills. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Brisbin.
Friends will be received at the Ashland Wesleyan Church in (Ashland) Osceola Mills from 12 p.m. until the hour of services Wednesday.
