DUBOIS – Cynthia Kirkwood, 34, DuBois, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on Friday before Magisterial District Judge Patrick N. Ford.
Kirkwood is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal mischief.
According to court documents Kirkwood purchased for and provided cocaine in its crack form to an undercover officer. At one point, according to the report, she tried to get the officer to go upstairs and share the drugs. The officer and his partner acted as though they lost or misplaced the drugs. At this point, Kirkwood was reported to have become angry and yelled profanities.
Kirkwood was reported to have thrown a pineapple sized candle at the vehicle the officers were in as well, striking the hood.
Kirkwood was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
