Cynthia A. “Cindy” Kost, 53 of Osceola Mills, passed away on Dec. 31, 2011 at Windy Hill Village in Philipsburg.
Born Jan. 24, 1958, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Timko) Kost.
She was a member of the nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church in Osceola Mills. She was a personal care aid for the Philipsburg-Osceola School District. She graduated from the Philipsburg High School, class of 1976.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by sister Anna Marie Klett of Dover, NJ and brother George A. Kost of Osceola Mills.
A burial service will be held on Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church in Osceola Mills with Archimandrite Jacob Piruta officiating. Burial will be at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Cemetery in Osceola Mills. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills. Panikhida will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
