An incident of theft reportedly occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday at a Main Street residence in Cooper Township, Clearfield County. A 12-year-old male juvenile reportedly stole a 13-year-old male juvenile’s bicycle. However, the bicycle was recovered by state police and returned to the owner.
An attempted suicide/disorderly conduct reportedly occurred at approximately 6:20 a.m. Tuesday at a Sixth Street address in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 38-year-old Hawk Run woman reportedly attempted to commit suicide by ingesting numerous pills. She was also reportedly causing a disturbance at the hospital after being warned on numerous occasions. She was cited for disorderly conduct.
An incident of criminal mischief reportedly occurred at approximately 12:04 a.m. Friday at the Riverfront Bar and Grill in Karthaus Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) caused damaged to the victim’s front door window. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
A two-vehicle accident reportedly occurred at 8:09 a.m. Thursday along state Route 53 in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A 20-year-old Osceola Mills woman was traveling north, while a vehicle operated by Tammy A. Moore, 41, of Osceola Mills was traveling ahead of her. The Moore vehicle began to slow for an upcoming turn; however, the first operator failed to notice and rear-ended the Moore vehicle. The first operator was transported to the Clearfield Hospital with minor injury, and her vehicle was towed from the scene. Moore wasn’t injured in the mishap; her vehicle was driven from the scene. Both were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the mishap. The first operator was cited for following too closely.
An incident of retail theft reportedly occurred at 1 p.m. Thursday at Advance Auto Parts in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A 29-year-old Philipsburg man reportedly stole a radar detector. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of burglary reportedly occurred sometime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday at a Walnut Street residence in Curwensville Borough, Clearfield County. A juvenile entered a Curwensville woman’s residence and stole candy and a video game. The game was returned the following day.
