The resident sent money to the caller to claim the prize. Police remind residents not to disclose personal or financial information to people they don’t know.
- Police received a report of harassing comments that known people were making online to a resident.
- Police received a report of a skid steer theft. The machine was parked outside of Station Five Fire Company. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
- Police responded to a silent alarm at an area facility. The staff had unknowingly activated that alarm.
- Police received a report of a disabled vehicle on state Route 879.
- Police responded to a request to check the welfare of a child on Lewis Road. Officers spoke with the child and everything was found to be okay.
- Police responded to a call to assist a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.
- Police responded to a report of a wanted person at a local business on South Second street. It was determined the person was not wanted.
- Police received a report of a traffic complaint. It was determined the vehicle was in Clearfield Borough.
- Police received a report of retail theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter.
