Police Report: Lawrence Township

Police assisted emergency medical services personnel after a truck driver suffered a medical emergency. The driver wasn’t able to clearly provide an accurate location of his truck. Police were cancelled while en route to the scene because ambulance personnel had located the truck and the patient.
Police arrested a local man who was a fugitive from justice. He was wanted by the state of Indiana for possession of methamphetamines and related offenses. He was placed in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Police served a warrant on a Hyde resident for failing to respond to a summons for retail theft. The person entered a guilty plea to the offense.
Police assisted the friends and family of a stroke patient in retrieving belongings and uniting with the patient at the hospital.
Police are investigating three separate incidences of retail theft from the businesses in the Clearfield Mall.
Police answered questions about a child custody dispute.
Police responded to a noise complaint on Clarendon Avenue.
Police received a report about an alarm that was accidently triggered by employees.
