The Penn State New Kensington women’s volleyball team continues its three-game home stand at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, against Penn State DuBois in the Athletics Center. The match will be the Penn State University Athletic Conference opener for the New Kensington Lady Lions. Second-year coach Dave McGeary’s squad is coming off a 3-0 loss Sept. 10 to Southern State (Ohio) Community College.
The men’s soccer team returns home Saturday, Sept. 17, for a 1 p.m. PSUAC conference game against Penn State Wilkes-Barre. Coach Jack Adams’ team is 2-1 in the conference after a 3-2 victory Sept. 10 over visiting Penn State Worthington Scranton.
The golf team travels to Williamsport, Pa. Monday, Sept. 15, for an 11 a.m. PSUAC-West division tournament at White Deer Golf Course, home of Penn College. The New Kensington Lions are 1-0 in the league and will face all five division rivals.
