Police Report: Sandy Township

A man reported Monday that while jogging along Lincoln Drive, a dog came running toward him aggressively. Officers made contact with the dog’s owner and handled the situation without further incident.
Officers responded to a South Main Street residence for a domestic dispute on Monday. The dispute was verbal in nature over custody issues and was handled without further incident.
A 59-year-old Punxsutawney man was traveling at a high rate of speed along Coral Reef Road in Treasure Lake on Monday. When his steering went out, he lost control of his vehicle and causing him to strike an electrical pole. The man was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
A 19-year-old woman reported Tuesday that an unknown man was stalking her in the DuBois Mall. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
