Pauline T. Conklin, 83, of Philipsburg, died Friday at the Clearfield Hospital. Born April 19, 1928 in Gainesboro, TN, she was the daughter of the late Sell and Lizzie (Trisdale) Jackson.
Mrs. Conklin was a member of the First Church of Christ, Philipsburg. She was a homemaker.
She was married to Raymond E. Conklin on June 6, 1955 in Cookeville, TN. He survives Mrs. Conklin at home.
She’s survived by two sons, Rick Conklin and his wife, Lori of Bellefonte and Stanley Dale Conklin and his wife, Holly of Philipsburg and one brother, Mitchell Jackson and his wife, Louise of Gainesboro, TN.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, Joseph Conklin and his wife, Dana of Pleasant Gap; Jennifer McKenrick and her husband, Scott and Lisa and Rachel Conklin, all of Philipsburg; and two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, George, Robert, Kerman and Curtis Jackson and two sisters, Lucille Jenkins and Ethel Brown.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 East Spruce St., Philipsburg, with the Rev. William R. Fowler officiating. Interment will be at the Philipsburg Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 4 – 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
