CURWENSVILLE – If you believe that a book in the hand is worth two in the “Kindle,” then you are invited to a program on collecting old books sponsored by the Curwensville-Pike Township Historical Society.
Tom Aaron, historical society member, will be discussing his hobby of collecting old books as a means of preserving them and as an investment. He will be displaying some of his collection and providing tips on determining their value on how to maintain them for future generations.
Aaron will be at the Korb House Museum between 1 to 4:00 pm on Aug. 21. The museum is located at 836 State Street, Curwensville.
