CLEARFIELD – Motorists can expect delays along Interstate 80 in Clearfield County as crews continue roadway repair work.
On Friday, the eastbound (right) travel lane will be closed from mile marker 133 at the Kylertown exit to mile marker 138 near the Viaduct Bridge. This lane closure will last about two weeks.
The westbond (left) passing lane remains closed as milling, paving and guiderail work continues.
The state police will be on-site to assist with traffic control through the entire work zone. All work is weather-dependent.
The contractor on the $12.3 million project is New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. Inc. All work is part of PennDOT’s I-80 project from the Clearfield/120 exit to the Centre County line.
PennDOT reminds drivers to move through all work zones with caution, obey posted speed limits and always buckle-up.
