An investigation is being conducted into an incident of criminal mischief sometime between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday along South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Someone damaged a vehicle owned by a 51-year-old Philipsburg woman, while it was parked at the aforementioned location. The victim told police that she discovered the rear passenger side light was smashed and that her rear passenger panel was dented. Her vehicle is a 2007 Ford Fusion, which is black in color. An incident of theft from a motor vehicle was reported sometime between June 18 and Tuesday along 10th Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Someone removed a Garman GPS unit from a vehicle parked at the aforementioned location. After removing the unit, the person fled the scene.
