MIDDLETOWN – Four jackpot-winning Cash 5 tickets worth more than $375,000 each from the June 8 drawing were sold at the following locations:
- Tom’s Tobacco Shop, 1880 Stefko Blvd., Bethlehem, Northampton County;
- Friendly Food Mart, 801 W. Main St., Lansdale, Montgomery County;
- CNBC News, Terminal C, Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia; and
- Philly Donut, 6508 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia

Each ticket correctly matched all five balls, 03-15-19-27-41, to split a jackpot of $1,519,744 and win individual prizes of $379,936, less 25-percent federal withholding.
Each retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identities of the winners until the prizes are claimed and the tickets are validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
The Lottery encourages each holder of a winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery’s seven area offices.
Claims may be filed at headquarters Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices.
Last fiscal year, the Pennsylvania Lottery awarded more than $34.6 million, $81.6 million and $270.4 million in prizes to Northampton, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, respectively. The Lottery also contributed $23.6 million to programs that benefited seniors in Northampton County, $48.1 million to programs benefiting Montgomery county seniors and another $235.4 million to Philadelphia seniors’ programs.
