CURWENSVILLE – The Curwensville Area High School baseball and softball games at DuBois Central Catholic scheduled for Wednesday afternoon were postponed because of unplayable field conditions.
Athletic director Allen Leigey said make-up dates for the District 9 Northern Allegany League Small School Division Southern Tier contests have not been arranged.
He also announced a site change for the baseball team’s Moshannon Valley League make-up game against Harmony Thursday. Because the Owls’ field is water-covered, the game is tentatively set for the Golden Tide’s home diamond at 3 p.m.
The Lady Tide also will be at home Thursday, weather permitting, for a 3:30 p.m. D9NAL game with Ridgway.
