Police reported an incident of harassment at 1 a.m. Friday at an Old Turnpike Road address in Morris Township, Clearfield County. An 18-year-old Allport man allegedly held down a 41-year-old Allport woman and struck her several times in the face during an argument. The accused will be cited for harassment through the district court.
