Nancy M. Schoening, Age 63 of Keen Court Dr., DuBois, Pa died March 16, 2011 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center
Born on March 25, 1947 in Clearfield, PA, she was the daughter of Anna Mae Shimmel.
On Sept. 1, 1962, she married William W. Schoening, Sr. He survives.
She was a homemaker who loved to do crossword puzzles and spend time with her family.
She is survived by 5 children (Rick Schoening and his wife Lisa of Punxsutawney, PA; William Schoening and his wife Kathy of Rockton, PA; Brenda Dush and her husband Joe of DuBois, PA; Denise Murray and her husband John of DuBois, PA; and Darlene Schoening of DuBois, PA) a brother (Dick Shimmel and his wife Dorothy of DuBois, PA) a sister (Helen Pierce of DuBois, PA) 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, and 2 brothers (Robert & Gordon Shimmel)
Visitation will be held on March 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home Inc.
A funeral service will be held on March 19 at 11:30 a.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Sherwood officiating.
Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor’s choice.
