George A. Lutchko, 41, of Madera, died at 12:17 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, as the of result an automobile accident which occurred on Thurs. March 3.
Born on June 24, 1969 in Philipsburg, he was a son of Henry E. Lutchko of Houtzdale and the late Bobbie J. (Shank) Litzinger.
He worked as a sawmill laborer. On July 6, 2001 in Houtzdale he married the former Karri A. Carter who survives of Madera.
Mr. Lutchko is survived by a son and two daughters; Austin L. Simmons of Houtzdale, Autum M. Lutchko and Abbagail E. Lutchko both at home in Madera.
He is survived by his father and step mother, Henry E. and Colleen (Murray) Lutchko of Houtzdale, and his mother-in-law, Roxanne Carter of Houtzdale.
He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters; Francis E. Lutchko and his wife Jennifer of Houtzdale, Sasha Frailey and her husband Dale of Ansonville, Mary Bartek and her husband Wes of Beccaria, Gabriel W. Lutchko and his wife Becky of Clearfield and Bobbie Kitko and her husband Raymond of Smoke Run, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie J. (Shank)Â Litzinger; his step father, Thomas Litzinger; an infant son Zachary Lutchko; his father-in-law, David Carter; paternal grandparents Wasco & Ann Lutchko; maternal grandparents, George Shank, Odessa “Cookie” Gallaher Dillen and step-grandfather, Thomas Dillen.
Friends will be received at the Kruise Funeral Homes, Inc., Madera on Friday, March 11 from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, March 12 from 9-11 a.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Fr.
