Public comment procedures at the council meetings have been tightened. Previously there had been two public comment periods at the council meetings. One commentary was prior to the agenda items and a second commentary period after the agenda items. Only the public comment period at the beginning of the meeting remains.
There was a reading of Council Bill 1862 that will, if approved, turn the intersection of Leopold Avenue and Rhodes Alley into an intersection with four stop signs.
