Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between Jan. 16 and Jan. 20 at a cabin located off state Route 220 in Taylor Township, Centre County. Unknown person(s) reportedly broke into a vehicle through the back window and stole numerous items. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg state police at 814-342-3370.
Police responded to an incident of harassment at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. A 17-year-old male reportedly bullied a 15-year-old male after the latter made a comment that was threatening in nature. The investigation is continuing.
Police are investigating an incident of theft that occurred at the Windy Hill Village. An unknown person(s) reportedly removed $20 from a purse owned by a resident. The investigation is continuing.
Police arrested Joey T. Graham, 28, of Philipsburg for driving under the influence and various summary traffic violations in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Charges were filed through the district court.
Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred at the intersection of Front and Pine Street on Jan. 21 in Philipsburg. The report stated that a vehicle believed to be a large truck or tractor-trailer struck a stop sign at the intersection.
