Police Report: PSP Philipsburg

Police resonded to a report of theft at a Noth Fourth Street residence. Someone removed approximately $375.00 in currency from the residence. The investigation continues.
Police investigated an incident of criminal mischief and trespassing at a North Fifth Street residence. The incident occured when the victim reported to police when she returned home from work she observed that a screen from a rear window had been torn and removed from the window and was laying in the back yard. It is not believed that entry was made into the residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Philipsburg.
Police responded to a vehicle accident on US Route 0322, Rush Township, Centre County. The driver was travelling west when he fell asleep at the wheel. He travelled onto the south berm at which point he awakened and attempted to return to the travel lane and lost control of the vehicle, eventually striking a guiderail. Tlhe driver was not injured.
Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief. An unknown actor poured a substance in the victim’s vehicle parked on the 200 block of East Presqueisle Street. The investigation continues.
