Police Report: PSP Ridgway

Irene D. Fiscus of Warren was traveling north on state Route 948 in Jones Township when, for unknown reasons, she traveled off the west berm. She then struck a tree with the front of her vehicle. Fiscus suffered injuries of unknown severity and was transported to Kane Hospital. An 11-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries and was transported from the scene by private vehicle. Police were assisted by Ridgway Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
Allen Zartman of McSherrytown was traveling east on state Route 2004 when he lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a curve on the slush covered road. He left the road and traveled down and embankment where he struck a tree and became stuck. He was uninjured and no charges were filed.
