Philipsburg State Police are investigating a rash of vehicle break-ins in Philipsburg Borough.
A rifle was removed from one vehicle and change was stolen out of several other vehicles. Police would like to remind motorisst to lock all vehicle doors and store all valuable items out of sight in order to help prevent crimes from occurring.
