CLEARFIELD – A Curwensville woman is being accused of a wiretap violation March 22 at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center.
Lawrence Township police say April Holley, 39, requested a private meeting with a member of school staff. Holley allegedly live-streamed the meeting via Facebook Live without staff knowledge.
Upon further investigation, it was found that several individuals had viewed the video while the meeting was in progress.
Felony charges were filed for interception, disclosure or use of wire, electronic or oral communications through the magisterial district court.
