CLEARFIELD – Visit Clearfield County announces the following Request for Proposal (RFP):
NOTICE
Visit Clearfield County, according to specifications, will receive the undersigned until April 8 at 12 p.m. All proposals received are subject to all federal and state laws, rules and regulations.

Vendors will provide requested proposal information with a cost breakdown. Visit Clearfield County retains the right to accept or reject any or all components of proposals or proposals in its entirety. Incomplete proposals will be disqualified.
• Design a Web site to fully-function in multiple browsers and multiple devices, including mobile and tablet versions
o Must be ADA Compliant
o Must utilize the established marketing concepts for Visit Clearfield County
• Acquire VCC’s existing Web site from current host and transfer any pertinent information
• Include all social media and “interactive” integrations
• Secure and keep current the www.visitclearfieldcounty.org domain
• Work with Visit Clearfield County to organize information for a user-friendly tourism Web site
• Create a marketable Web site that is easily adaptable to current technology and social trends
• Include bookmark function and RSS feeds
• Allow Visit Clearfield County staff administrative capabilities to add news stories, events, photos and other changing information in an easy-to-use web program
• Administer all server hosting and maintenance, keep proper installation and back-up copies of site, and ensure a healthy site rating with working links and minimal page load times.
• Administer final site submittal to major search engines
• Assist with SEO and/or SEM as necessary
• Advertising space must be incorporated in the design on all pages of the site using IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) Compliant ad units
• Ensure the site is maintained and secure
• Create a separate section or domain that can be used for Visit Clearfield County administration purposes
o Example grant administration
o Board reports
o Public documentation
o Partner information
Vendor must include refund of 1 percent per day for not meeting set deadlines.
