Police reported an incident of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between 2:08 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. Nov. 9 on Ridge Road in Fox Township, Elk County. A 17-year-old male was arrested from removing a Garmin GPS unit from a Miller Brothers Furniture Inc. service vehicle. The unit is valued at $140 and was later surrendered by the male. Charges were filed through the Elk County Juvenile Probation Department.
