DCC Receives Check for Education Improvement Tax Credit Program

First Commonwealth Bank, Lisa Marchiori, Financial Solutions Center Manager, presented Gretchen Caruso, President of DuBois Central Catholic a check for the school’s Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. 

Pennsylvania tax credits made available through the EITC program assist both businesses and individual tax payers.  The business tax credit funds are paid to either the Star Foundation or the Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund who then send the monies to DCC to be used for tuition assistance.
