CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police launched an investigation into a reported robbery/assault of two juveniles on March 8 in the East End area.
Police say the investigation resulted in the issuance of arrest warrants for Jarrod Gesin of DuBois and Jonathan Lippart of Harrisburg. Both Gesin and Lippart are charged with robbery, terroristic threats, assault and related offenses.
On March 24, Gesin was apprehended by DuBois City police and lodged in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. Lippart remains at large with an active warrant. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact borough police.
This was an “isolated incident,” police say, “and the juveniles were targeted” by the suspects.
