Police conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle that was observed driving on and off the roadway in the area of Firetower Rd. Upon investigation it was discovered that the male driver was under the influence. The male refused to submit to a legal blood draw and was released to another person. Charges are pending.

State police stopped a 39 year old Ebensburg male on the Shawville/Clearfield- Woodland Hwy. for driving without a license. During the stop it was discovered that the driver was under the influence and in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine. Charges are pending toxicology results. The passenger, who was the owner of the vehicle was cited for applicable offenses.
State police responded to an accident at Exit 123 on I-80 in Bradford Twp. The driver of a Kia Sorento was attempting to turn left on the on-ramp and struck a guide rail. No injuries were reported.
State police arrested Robert Blake, 38, of Punxsutawney after he attempted to make a U-turn on I-80 at mile marker 120 in Bradford Twp. and struck another vehicle. Upon arrival it was discovered that Blake was heavily intoxicated and attempted to cause a fight at the scene. He was forcefully taken into custody and charged with DUI, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, harassment and multiple traffic violations.
State police are investigating an incident of terroristic threats that occurred near the Kylertown Truck Stop. A 20 year old male assaulted a female victim during a domestic violence incident. The investigation continues.

State police filed charges against Casey Frizzel, 28, of Sandy Ridge after she was found to be passed out in a vehicle along N. Front St. in Decatur Twp. She was found to be impaired as well as in possession of a controlled substance. Charges have been filed.
