Florence M. Quigley, 73, of DuBois died Thursday at her residence.
Born on June 29, 1937 in Clymer, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence (Everett) Buterbaugh. She married Willard Quigley, whom preceded her in death.
Mrs. Quigley was an active member of the Light and Life Methodist Church and the DuBois Senior Citizens Center. She enjoyed doing puzzles, crocheting, traveling, being outside and planting flowers.
She is survived by three children, Sonia D. Wingar and her husband, Kenneth of Penfield; Daniel S. Nichols of DuBois; and Rene L. Stevens and her husband, Ronald of Falls Creek; two brothers, Raymond Everett of Indiana and Bill Buterbaugh of Troutville. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband and one brother, Richard Buterbaugh.
Mrs. Quigley’s wishes were to have neither visitation nor funeral services. Burial will be held in Beechtree Cemetery.
