Clearfield- Boy Scout Troop 9 recently had a special visitor at one of their regular meetings.
Roland “Rock House” Welker, winner of the History Channel’s Alone Season 7, made an appearance to talk to the scouts about his training and experience on the show. Welker also discussed his life as a young boy and mentored the youth on setting their sights high.
At the end of the meeting the boy scouts presented Welker with an Honorable Survival Merit Badge certificate.
