CLEARFIELD – On Thursday Clearfield Borough Council approved the route for the 2009 Kiwanis Halloween Parade.
As part of the parade, partial street closures will take place on Stadium Drive, Park Drive, McBride Street and Paddock Drive.
The event is scheduled for Oct. 27.
