The Central Intermediate Unit 10 announced that E.D.U.C.A.T.E funds were awarded to three area schools.
Awards were given to the Moshannon Valley Area School District for their project titled “VersaTiles Literacy Classroom Kits”, two projects at Curwensville Area School District titled “Learning is Living-Living is Learning” and “Recording Mics for Concerts;” and one project at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy, titled “Financial Literacy” was awarded.
Funds are paid for through CIU 10 employee contributions.
The selection process was based on the impact that the project would have on the school and/or community.
