St. Francis, Pack 9 Attends Clearfield Borough Council Meeting

St. Francis, Pack 9 Webelos 1 and 2 met with Clearfield Borough Mayor Jim Schell and attended a Clearfield Borough Council meeting as one of the requirements for Citizenship Badge for Scouting.  Boy Scouts of America celebrates 100 years of Scouting The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) was founded by Chicago publisher William Boyce on Feb. 8, 1910.  Worldwide membership is estimated at 25 million today.
