Lawrence Township
Police responded to a report of a vehicle break-in at the Super 8. Upon arrival police discovered an unknown individual entered a 2006 Chevy Corvette race vehicle that was in town for the UMI Motorsports event. The actor removed property from inside the vehicle before fleeing. After review of surveillance, police were able to locate the actor 23 year old Damir Sudullaev from Brooklyn, NY who was staying in the same hotel. Sudullaev was taken into custody and house in the Clearfield County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Police responded to a disturbance at the Red Roof Inn. Upon arrival police located, in an unrelated incident, an intoxicated male in the parking lot. He was taken into custody for public drunkenness and housed in the Clearfield County Jail.
Police responded to the Sapp Bros. Truck Stop for a report of a physical domestic. A male had struck a female multiple times and shoved their son while under the influence. The male was taken into custody and housed in the Clearfield County Jail.

State police investigated a report of criminal mischief. A 23 year old Madera man struck the windshield of the victim’s car and cracked it. Damage was estimated at $495.
State police investigated the report of a theft of a wagon from the victim’s back yard in Boggs Twp. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield.
State police responded to a disturbance between neighbors in Cooper Twp. Upon investigation, a 13 year old male through a glass cup and a 75 year old man. The 75 year old then grabbed a hold of a 43 year old female subjecting her to unwanted physical contact. Charges were filed against both males.
State police responded to a report of a blue SUV parked along Muddy Run Rd. in Beccaria Twp. with the operator passed out inside. The operator was found to be in possession of suspected drugs and paraphernalia. Charges are pending.
State police responded to a vehicle-pedestrian crash on Pottersdale Rd., Karthaus Twp. A side-by-side struck a pedestrian on the roadway. The operator was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The pedestrian was transported to UPMC Altoona for suspected serious injuries. The investigation continues.
State police responded to an incident at Squiggly’s Pizza in Irvona. Ronal Baer, 61, of Glen Hope was unhappy with the type of garlic on his wings and returned to the pizza shop causing a disturbance for approzimately 15 minutes by throwing food, an employees cell phone and refusing to leave the building. Charges of disorderly conduct have been filed.
