CLEARFIELD – A former Chester Hill woman charged with possessing a large amount of cocaine, methamphetamine and bath salts pleaded guilty Tuesday.
After a search warrant was executed on the residence of Lyndsie Lea Holderman and Mark Lynn Rinehart in April of 2018, police found 13 containers of cocaine, 12 containers of methamphetamine, five containers of bath salts and drug packaging materials, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
They also reportedly found a dozen odd pills and some suboxone strips.
During sentencing court Tuesday, Holderman pleaded guilty to felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-cocaine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-bath salts and conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Judge Paul Cherry placed Holderman, 28, into the state intermediate punishment program for two years.
The state intermediate punishment program involves a period of incarceration in prison, time in a therapeutic community, outpatient treatment and “supervised reintegration into the community, which involves DOC staff monitoring their progress in the community and some additional services or treatment, based on their individual needs and progress,” according to the Department of Corrections Web site.
Before being placed in the program, subjects must be evaluated to determine if they are a proper candidate.
In August of 2018, Rinehart, 40, also pleaded guilty and was sentenced by Cherry to 7.5 years to 15 years in state prison.
